Nathan in flooring gave us the most exceptional customer service that I have experienced in my life. He was very knowledgeable, honest, kind and patient. He went above and beyond and I just want to make sure that he does not go unnoticed! Thank you so much Nathan, you made our shopping experience at RONA even better than I could have expected.

Garden Center employees are useless. They have a fire pit on display and not one of 3 employees could locate the 45 bricks in stock that is advertised and for sale. They then went to get a supervisor and he took one look around and then just left me.. this is hilarious because after they all left me I finally found it with all the other bricks at the back of the centre on my own. This department needs much more training and needs to understand what customer service is.

Service has been painfully slow lately. I don't think the staff are the problem, maybe the staffing levels have changed. Otherwise they store is good. House brand is reliable, prices are sometimes reasonable, variety is acceptable.

Extreme bad service from the building department guy. Very impolite. No sense of good manners. You can tell he hates customers. I'll never go back there. Super hostile!!!! It happened on Tuesday June 19 2018 at 6:20 pm however that Rona employee was.

I shop at the Blythwood store because it is so close to my residence. This is absolutely the worst place for customer service. After shopping for a long time trying unsuccessfully to find what I needed I went to the garden centre to pick up something there. Not one employee was there so I proceeded to the check out area and no one was there to take my purchase. There were 2 employees talking to another customer but neither of them wanted to help me pay for my purchase. I left it one the counter. This is the last chance I will give this store from now one I will go to Lowes or Hope Depot.
