Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I wanted to build a garden box in my backyard but I did not know what I needed or how to build it? Armed with only an online blueprint and not much else Anthony helped be with the purchase of the wood and all the hardware. I am self admittedly not very handy but wanted to learn. The staff answered all my questions and even gave me some helpful tips. It was a much more personable store then the bigger box stores I’m use to and no long waits!!! Maybe the prices are at bit more but well worth the few bucks to make sure the job is done right the first time! Thanks Anthony and the rest of the staff. I will definitely be back for more.

Best store around the county. Can't touch there customer service . They always know how to solve problems. The store is full of knowledgeable employees and they work together as a team to service there community ! 5 stars ! The new showroom will blow you away go and check them out !!

I make a point of going there to avoid the horrible Alliston location. Cookstown HH staff are incredibly helpful, accessible, and fast. Their customer service is very good. 1 star short of 5 is because I wish it were larger, and had more stock. But they can order most anything.

The best home hardware around. They are always willing to negotiate a good price. Would have gotten a five star rating if it weren't for one bad experience (ie don't expect them to care if a contractor that they provide to install windows you bought from their store does a bad job - they've got their money- guess they don't care if the customer is satisfied after that).
