Okay,
Let’s start with some background information ,
At 2015 I was very impressed by the design of the store located in front of vaughan mils mall. We looked at the various of light fixture and we decided to take some of them for washrooms and kitchen island, on the way to close deal , we paid attention that in the showroom there’s a double white sink vanity we measured everything was just perfect at the time.
The issue started with the Kitcen led 4 tubes that we purchased. Every time one fixture is burning out I called the company and at the beginning they refuse to believe that something is wrong with their product. To make the story short they replaced the tube I called electrician I paid $50 and everything is back to normal. But till the next time. I got tiered already and asked the store owner to find for me solution the manager said no problem take credit and Choose anything you like in the store. With not so much of a motivation I said to my wife let’s go , the owner respect his ward of mouth let lol for new fixture and now let’s take another one for the dining room. We came we chose and one of them in the stock and the other one Not in stock. They offered us take what you have in the store keep it at your home and put deposit on the other one and you will get it for sure in 60 days maximum. . And I did!!! I paid upfront almost the all purchase in a hope to get my products.
Now the purchase was on July 2018 and up to this day Oct.18.2018 I never heard from anyone at the store. I called once after 60 days was expired and customer service promised me maximum another month we call manufacturing and they the manufacturer had some problems the product on high demand, but they promised soon. Okay, I am waiting till today over 3 months quarter of a year for what ? For my other light fixture that never supplied.
Let’s do conclusions:
1) I bought led light build in made in China that was breaking every second week.
2) I ordered matching two fixtures light , I got one and never the other one.
3) now I am going to shock you guys,
Remember that at the beginning of my story I bought also double sink vanity 72”. This vanity from Turkish as they explain to me. Now guess what ? Yes twice the sink fail down completely one on each side. I went to Home Depot and I bought a special glue for granite kitchens and I put back the fallen sink that was attached purely with silicone clear.
On this case I called one time and the owner said , why you calling me after a year , there’s no warranty sorry. Bottom line: they are throwing us the Clients under the bus.
The products they selling is cheep very cheep , but the visual store in pro bass rd look impressive.
To all of you guys that already being hit in some way or another from this store I can tell you that I can understand the place you are coming from frustration and disappointment is your share. My hearth with you guys. Do not keep quiet you need to go praudly and ask for compensation. Till this type of relationship between store and client doesn’t change 180 * I am with all my hearth warning people put put their money on the ice. Not to say that the product as I said it’s very very poor.
