Quick and friendly service right from when we walked in the door. The Cashier greeted us and sent somebody over to mix our stain colour.

The gentleman we talked to was very nice and helpful even though they didn't have what we needed. Very kind :) Service is everything.

Cashiers are not helpful. Told us we'd get a store credit (gift card) and then changed the story so that we weren't able to. Rude to my elderly mother and said there was nothing they could do. Didn't even call a manager over to help. Happened at around 12:15p today. Not coming back here. Ever. 😠

Nice small town hardware store. Was there on a training day and there seemed to be a lot of people in uniform wandering around. Not a big box experience or in stock selection but the staff tries to be helpful. Would have given 4 stars except for the somewhat rude interaction I observed between a young man at the pro desk and a fellow customer. Please keep the sarcasm and eye rolls to yourself.
