Although I like their merchandise, the customer service and rewards program in particular are terrible, absolutely terrible. An employee signed me up at the Burlington store over 5 weeks ago and I still have not received their 15% welcome coupon, etc. They claim I should have received a booklet in the mail as well. She evidently made errors and the manager made some adjustments to the online account. However, this was not any better. Btw, she would only offer me a partial welcome discount. No one at customer service returned my email inquiry and when I called the customer service extension, the recording stated they were closed - and it was12 noon! I chose a different extension and got through after being on hold for 11 minutes. The agent indicated no one could call me until at least 48 hours. She stated the manager should have upheld the full discount. In the end, their rewards program is still not functioning with my email address. When I received 2 calls from a 'Stefanie', she didn't indicate who she was, nor did she give her extension or her position. It's just not worth all this effort!

Amazing customer service!!!! Greeted at the door. I was allowed to browse on my own but as soon as I had a question I asked and got an immediate answer. They still have lots of Easter merchandise which was what I was looking for today and on sale. If they didn't have the item I was looking for they called another location, just above and beyond! Would strongly recommend a visit.

Something is wrong with this store, went there with my family, and we were matching few cushions, a worker there kept going around us, casually asking if we were done which is completely fine, my wife kept telling me something is wrong we were not welcome, I did not believe it, until this lady came and gave me an attitude about things are fragile in store and that my son needs to keep his hands off, my son was looking at pensils!!, I politely acknowledged but she was clearly pissed off about something. I hated to see someone that nervous, I felt may be something one of us did that offended her, I called her, she ignored, I tried again a little louder, and she ignored again. I pointed this behavior out to the cashier and left the store without knowing what was wrong. Will never go there again. I'm disappointed. The management didn't do much but to say sorry without trying to figure out what went wrong.

Bad customer service, inappropriate attitudes and behaviors from staff made me frustrated and made me think to write a review for the first time in my life. When I tried to explain what happened to me to the cashier, he just kept say sorry without even call the lady and ask her why she did that with me and my family.
