We used the online order system this time to be picked up in store. Excellent service! The order was ready promptly, and the staff had it packed up and ready to go when we arrived after receiving our confirmation email. We were in and out in minutes. Very pleased with our experience today

Went in to purchase the last available model of a lighting fixture and was told I would have to come back and pick it up at the customer service desk later on in the day. The manager took my name and number and I assured her I would return in the afternoon. I live at the complete opposite end of town and in current construction it is a congested half hour drive. I arrived at the desk to find no light. I walked back to the department and found the manager had left for the day. When I asked about my light the store employee, John, informed he gave the light to my husband?! I informed him this was impossible as my husband was at work. Turns out this incompetent boob gave my light to someone else. A weak apology was all I got. Completely pissed off at this entire situation. I will no longer do business with Home Depot in Cambridge. Lowe's has a much higher standard of customer service!!

The absolute worst service by not one or two employee but 3 employees and a manager. Super incompetent. The lack of care and the lack of knowledge even about how their own systems work with in the store was unreal. Even with no customers around no one cared enough to actually help. Seems like the number one priority of the employees of this location is to give a customer the run around and to find as fast of a way to get rid of a customer who is asking a question which has to do with them actually having to take some time to find the answer to. They have no idea about where anything is in their store and rely on you looking it up yourself on your own phone to tell them where something is or if they even carry the item. Absolutely the worst experience ever. I wouldn’t go back to this location if my life depended on it. Horrible horrible service. HORRIBLE SERVICE. IM SHOCKED.

Great great great staff!!! I delivered here on friday night and had a family issure i had to look after.the staff was great,caring.i had to get to hospital.they let me just leave my truck and trailer there.ten stars!!!! If more people would care like the great people at this home depot,this word would be a much much better place!!!!.i.i live an hour away and i WILL buy what i can from this store.hats off to all the great superstar employees at this store.i hope the best for yous with all my heart.thank you so much!!!!

Good place, store is generally clean and the staff I spoke to were knowledgeable and friendly. Accidentally grabbed a 1/4 in pop up drain stopper and needed to come back to exchange for a 5/16, customer service got it done quickly, only complaint is she processed the transactions seperately instead of together. Also had to talk to a staff member about replacing shower head, taps and sink faucet and taps. She gave me a quick walk through and was accurate enough to make me think she's done this a few times before. It was an easy job.
