Although they couldn't help in replacing the parts I needed, Francesco and Carlos were helpful in giving me further directions, unlike some other businesses I contacted.I appreciate it

Worst customer service, even with electrical supply and electrical contractors!!

Jan 26, 2018
Dropped off a floor lamp that had a problem with the switch. We were told that their technician would take a look at it. Called after 4 days of hearing nothing from them. We were told that the tech wasn't available right now but he would call us back. 3 days later and still no news. Ended up going in and asked to speak to the technician who was mysteriously not around so we just picked up the lamp. It hadn't even been looked at. If they have a technician there, you wouldn't know it. Bottom line, don't go here for repairs unless you don't mind waiting a month.

Fantastic customer service! Responsive, very receptive to my question and concern, and immediately helped address the situation with a very reasonable solution. I highly recommend Eurolite and will continue to use them in the future. Thank you again, Yvonne!

These guys are the best in the business. Dylan and his team are extra helpful and go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect, no matter what your lighting needs are. Highly recommend!
