I purchased a modern chandelier last year and bulbs needed replacing. I was perplexed at this as these bulbs are supposed to last for 1000s of hours. When I got there, it turns out the bulbs are the factory set and not the ones Universal sells and guarantees. The salesperson was great, explained everything easily and we had a nice chat about her 40 years there and Italy.

The sales staff is very helpful. They have great variety and the service is great. The only thing is that they have a one staff who does the shipping. She is very rude. She called me a cheat for telling her that the order was missing one bulb. But the sales staff were very polite and helpful and gave me the missing bulb. Just gave me a very bad feeling as no one has ever called me a cheat.

Nice initial look when walking in. MANY light fixtures of all shapes, types and sizes. Definitely not the cheapest in town but of ok quality.

After searching forever I found the perfect pendant lights for my kitchen. When they arrived at the store I discovered they had been plated in a tint darker than the original I had ordered. Elise, the owner, was spectacular. She was determined to find me exactly what I wanted and did. I am thrilled to have been treated with such respect and determination. I'll never go anywhere else. A wonderful company and a graceful, caring owner who truly values her customers.
