My Father purchased a riding lawn more from this store maybe a month ago and ,to date the riding lawn more still isn't working correctly. No one has placed any true effort towards resolving this issue. The rider will not run at all and is sitting in the Cobourg Home Hardware center while the grass is steadily growing. Now just imagine purchasing a brand new rider and being told after a month of having just 5 hrs of run time that home hard ware will NOT send it back to the manufacture and, we don't even know if the manufacture has been notified because, no one is returning phone calls and, the manager is and, has been on extended vacation oh and ,Brad the part owner has apparently been on extended vacation as well. I highly recommend anyone and everyone NOT to purchase a single thing from this store .Over the years my Father has purchased several lawn mores from this store and I and my whole Family have given this store a lot of business how ever I am afraid this establishment is lacking customer satisfactory on all levels and morals are without a doubt not present so buyer beware Home Hardware sells junk
