Chatterson’s is a incredible business to work with! I bought a beautiful couch after a few visits with informative and patient staff. I chose a custom order so it took some time to arrive which I was aware of. The couch was simply beautiful when it came! A few months later the cushion on the chaise looked compressed and the fabric had wrinkles. I returned to Chatterson with pictures of my concern. It just happened to be the owner of the store who I talked to that day. He took care of contacting the manufacturer and requesting a replacement. The manufacturer denied the warranty to which I was surprised. They wanted me to purchase a new one! Chatterson’s then ordered a new cushion at their own expense! They even hired a company to come to my home to swap out the cushions! I am so impressed with the service! Thank you Chatterson’s! I will continue to support this company for my needs!

We recently required all new appliances for a duplex that we were renovating in Collingwood. We initially checked out The Brick in town and service was poor. While we had noticed Chatterson's Home Furniture location many times when leaving & coming to Collingwood, we had not realized the selection that they had and ultimately were very pleased with the pricing and excellent service. Without hesitation, we would recommend Chatterson's for appliances & home furnishings.

We purchased some beautiful appliances from Chattersons for our move and they were spectacular, from sales to delivery. We dealt with a couple sales people who were all helpful and very responsive to our inquiries and all deliveries arrived on dates as planned. Would definitely recommend!
