I went to purchase a new range and had my ducks in a row prior to going in. Bob helped me originally over the phone and Richard was the gentleman that helped me in store and, literally, the entire process was flawless for start to finish. Everything was written up for me, got a new home depot card, got a nice $20.00 off for singing up, etc. But it was all done seamlessly and flawlessly. Richard answered all of my questions without any hesitation, and I could tell that he knows his stuff. Super friendly guy, and will be seeking him out the next time I go back in for more appliances in the near future. 110% perfect experience at this particular store with Bob and Richard. Thanks guys.

We went mid-day on a Saturday to buy some sheets of plywood for our new duck coop. The store was busy of course and we waited around the cart carrel for about 10 minutes and then went inside for another 10, came back out and they were still out of carts. I asked an associate and he ran out into the parking lot to grab us. Once we got our cart we grabbed 5 sheets of the 3/8 and when we got up to the cash register the price was coming up as $32.00 when the sign under the 3/8 spot was $22.00. We mentioned to the cashier and she went to check. Someone had put a bunch of 1/2 inch boards on top of the 3/8 boards which is why the price was coming up "wrong". She honoured the price for us so we got the 1/2 boards at the price of the 3/8. I was very impressed at both examples of fabulous customer service from the store. I've always loved this store and will continue to go back.

My sister who is a senior, went in the store and was very happy to find they had the exact Stone needed to do the surround on her fireplace. They assured her that Workman would be at her place within the week, and after a brief delay they were there. It was Friday so they left after 1 hour. They left tools, scrapers and remnants of carpets and other paraphernalia that was required for their work and promised they would be back on Monday. It's three weeks and Counting and she hasn't been able to get anyone out to her home in St Thomas to complete the job. They were quick to cash her cheque but when she calls they tell her they'll get back to her when they can. This is taking advantage of an elderly person and I want everyone out there to know that.

I've dealt with this home Depot since it was built and always very happy. I went it to buy a new gazebo, they had just sold the last 1 was told by the associate they would be in 3 days and this is a store special you can't get on line. It's now been almost a month I called in today offering to buy floor display at full price was given a 30 min run around on phone. This was a gift for my wife if I hadn't bought and given her the gift card for her b day I don't think I would ever go back.

Parking lot at the wonderland south location can get really clogged. The store is great and is my go to for most needs. I find it easier to find things here than at Rona and Lowes. When you get lumber they have a cutting service that allows for five free cuts. Craig was great on helping me out.
