Great store 98% of the employees don't know if they sell it or where it is. They just need to get a couple employees from Home Building Center and it would be a lot better

Its hit or miss here in regard to customer service. But the prices are reasonable and they usually have the sale items in stock.

Most of the employees don't really know anything. Most times you ask some one something they will say they're not from that department or that the next guy would probably know better. Though there were a couple ppl who did actually know the store and products well. But the store its self has good products.

Worst service ever. Nobody has a clue what they're doing in there. Made an order online. Received email saying everything was ready to pick up a few days later . Show up and there's know one at the pick up desk. Finally someone comes. I let them know what I'm there to pick up. Can't find any paperwork for it. Look for ten mins can't find it. He then takes care of about ten other customers in between. Finally find paperwork and bag with my name on it. Everything in bag was wrong. Wasn't even my order. Start looking again. Get sent to help desk. Walk around store with that guy looking for my stuff, asking another 3 workers if they know where it is only to find out it's still on order and won't be in for another couple days. Spent a good hour in the store to find out it's not there. If this is the kind of service your looking for then by all means go to this Rona.

Costumer service desk attendant was unpleasant. Not a lot of help accessible around the store, the yard was good though.
