Needed a part for a expensive bath faucet I purchased from them some years ago. Had to track down the number myself and then they did not want to bother ordering it. Why bother buying local if this is what you get for service? Certainly did not go with them in the first place because of price, it was way cheaper online The response to this feedback is a good example of what I am saying, I spent hundreds of dollars on a kit to retrofit a cast iron tub with a shower setup, when I tried to order replacement ceramic cartridges they did not want to help me. The attitude was theirs not mine, they could not be bothered to help me but wanted to sell me an entire new setup. I contacted the manufacturer who were surprised at their attitude, but shipped immediately. Craig called me back late to say the item could be ordered but after the attitude of the woman I spoke to earlier, and now from being lied about to you the one reading the review I will never go back or recommend buying anything from them. Buy local, but not from them.

They don't have the selection of a big box store.

Sue is extremely knowledgeable when you are looking at buying a pool. She has great prices. Will even beat competitive online prices. Was having itchy skin from daily use of our hot tub and Sue Craig got us on a new water system which uses moss strips and mild chlorine called Sanimarc Pro and no itching at all anymore. Skin feels great. I get eczema sometimes and now no rashes and no itching at all. I had to try it to believe it! Great products at Craigs Plumbing. Thanks Sue

Craigs has been bringing in top shelf pool and spa products for our company for over 5 years with no issues to report. Each of their staff members has a niche bank of knowledge and experience that add up to a very easy place to do business. Larry and Sue take the time to get to know their customers on a personal level and will remember you, your family, your kids, your dog, your previous 20 plumbing issues and how they were resolved. I read a few spotty reviews last week and wanted to chime in because I find people are more likely to write after a negative experience than a positive. Noone ever gets things right 100% of the time, except my company (:P), but it's having the integrity to move forward and make the next step to get things right that sets a good local business apart from big box stores or online retailers. In all of my experiences the staff at Craigs exudes this. Except Barb... Barb scares me a bit. JK. :) I am not a one time customer. I spend a lot of time working with Craigs and am happy to continue that relationship. Whether its for a bathroom reno, lighting, swimming pool products or a spa you're sure to enjoy the atmosphere, the personalities and they high quality product at Craig Plumbing Centre.
