Good prices on hardware and home improvement products. The appliances are competitively priced. Also has a tool rental department. Store is bright and clean for a big box hardware store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

Went in asking an employee for a specific item, the employee assured me that the product he suggested to me was capable of doing exactly what I needed it to do. Well, he was wrong. I drove back up to return the item already frustrated. When I got home after returning it I checked my bank account only to notice that a small portion of the money I payed for the item was back in my bank account. So now I’ve got to go all the way back up again just to sort this BS out. The driving back and forth alone will cost me nearly all the money I’m supposed to be reimbursed. This is just absolutely ridiculous and frustrating. I’m very pissed off with Home Depot at this point.would be nice to be reimbursed for the amount of gas I threw away over this whole $H1T storm.

It wasn't easy finding the sale item from the flyer because it wasn't with the rest of the similar items. They put it on the end of an adjacent isle instead. Thankfully the seasoned sales associate was able to point me in the right direction after he saw the look of confusion on my face as I wondered around aimlessly.
