For a smaller hardware store they have a good selection and have products other larger ones don't have. They have a great selection of Stihl products and parts. They also repair and service this equipment. There is also a good selection of fireplace and chimney type products that most other hardware stores don't carry.

I've been shopping there for over 20 years. The staff are fantastic, they are set up with stations for paint, electrical, plumbing, hardware and seasonal. Never had any issues with returns.

Staff is very helpful and went out of their way to check for the best value for our dollar. The store also had everything we were looking for.

Always helpful. And if they happen to not have something (rare) then they will special order it for you. Love shopping here!

I purchased a band saw through Weeks many moons ago and, as with all mechanical things, it broke. Broke a trunnion, to be exact. I searched high and low for a US dealer who would help (Delta won't ship to Canada, and the part is discontinued and unavailable in Canada - sigh). I contacted Weeks, and they problem solved a solution for me, ordered an equivalent part (sourced from same manufacturer) and, 24 hours later, my bandsaw is humming along. Outstanding, helpful service and a great price. I could not be more pleased. I've been a customer of Weeks for some time despite living some distance away, and this experience goes to show it's definitely worth the drive to Waterdown.
