Much what you'd expect walking into any Home depot. I struggle to tell them apart anymore. Helpful staff, though not always easy to find someone not already occupied. The addition of detailing product location in store when shopping on the website has been great when I just want to get in and get out quickly.

They are generally okay and have the building materials I need to complete many projects. Today, I was looking for a part for my barbecue, and they only had a single unit that was the wrong size. One would have thought they would have had a selection, but they only had 1 example and it was not even adjustable. I acknowledge that any given store cannot carry "everything" but in the midst of Summer, and the height of BBQ season, it did strike me as odd.

They don't care much about other people's time. Throw a four hour job fair and have people wait for hours to see someone. A lot of those young adults were in university and college and have studying to do and papers to write. How many will get jobs? Five, ten out of the 75 there. Total disregard for others. Place an ad and have interviews like everyone else. Lazy!!!!

Typical home depot store but service, friendly/fast customer service set this store a part. Had a small issue with our new shed, store manager actually stepped in and helped us out. We'll definitely be back!

This one is really hit or miss with the staff. Difficult to find someone both friendly and knowledgeable--often it's one or the other. Stay clear of their ''professional locksmith'' (the lady in the door hardware aisle), very condescending and rude. On the flip, the manager is awesome and the cashiers and paint people are always great. Customer service matters! :) Also, website is always painfully slow and continually freezing/becoming unresponsive.
