Went in for the first time ever looking for some plumbing parts. Staff were super helpful in finding exactly what i was looking for. In and out so fast. And all the staff were great.

I've been in a few times, and I've had great service each time. Now: They have what is probably my favorite roadside sign. Unlike most places which use the signs to announce a special or an event, the default message on theirs is: Lots of stuff On sale now It's a small thing, but it makes me smile every time I go past.

This place is under-rated. It is a crappy old building and you have to risk your life getting their because it is between the worst Tim Horton's and the worst McDonald's in the city. Once you get in their though, the place is not too bad. It has a great selection of goods and almost always has the flyer sale goods. The only thing that bugs me, and it has to do with the despicable people that hang out near that location, is that they do watch you like a hawk to make sure that you don't steal anything. (It is annoying to me but I also pity anyone that doesn't lock their car when they go in there cuz u just might get robbed). Workers are friendly if you are actually there to buy something and not rob them. I will miss them when they move to a nicer location or are eventually made obsolete by the internet.

How does this location have this high of a rating? I had the same issue with these ignorant creeps. I went in, WITH MY MOM!, they stalked me and her everywhere. This happened both times I went in. Both times, I only went right behind the counter view, where they could turn around and see me at anytime, but somehow they took that as I'm a thief. I understand this is Barton street, but how about get some cameras, so you don't have to be a creepy stalker weirdo. I recommend everyone stays away, customer service is most important. Customer service does not mean everyone that comes through the door should be followed.

Whomever you deal with, they have top notch customer service. I have dealt with location on numerous occasions and have always left completely satisfied and walk away with the products I required. Hats off and keep up with your amazing work The employees are so very helpful and by your side, to either assist you with your purchase or guide you to where you need to go. I will only ever deal with this store when it comes to buying my piping for my custom work.
