Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the counter to help us, then after ordering what we wanted we went around back to pick it up and the guy told us they didn't have enough of what we ordered. We then had to go back inside to the counter waited another 10 minutes for the guy to help us. Once there is offered us a substitute product, and he price matched to the product we wanted.

I had a box delivered pretty banged up and missing hardware. All the staff I spoke to to sort this out were very helpful in getting a new box delivered promptly and went above and beyond. Thank you!

It's a great little store! It looks great since they renovated it. It's a great alternative to the big box alternatives... It doesn't take you an hour to find what you need.

Was shopping yesterday for a new lawnmower and Rona was one of the stores on our list. They had a good selection and we were really interested in the cordless mower with the free bonus gift but needed help to see how it worked. Looked around for sales associate but nobody around. Went to sales desk and asked to page someone. The cashier spoke into a head set and we went back to the lawnmowers and waited. Ten mins later saw a couple over at the bbqs who asked for help but they got a page over the intercom and only had to wait a couple of minutes. I went back over to sales desk and asked if someone was coming to lawnmowers as the people at bbqs had come in after us. Same girl once again whispered into her headset but this time we got an intercom announcement. By that time the 'only?' sales rep was serving over in bbqs and we had been standing in the lawnmowers over 20 mins. This was terrible service and there are quite a few other hardware stores in Hamilton. Rona must be able to afford to lose a 500.00 sale. Will never go there again.
