"Your call is important to us" - what a JOKE! Trying to talk to someone over the phone at this location is absolutely dreadful. Be prepared to waste 30 minutes of your time at least and be hung up on multiple times. I've was disconnected/hung up on 5 times (once very obviously) between yesterday and today and I hadn't even talked to anyone yet aside from being sent to the department's queue. I would gladly give up if I didn't have to call prior to going in. Staff is at least friendly and helpful once they answer but for the love of God get a more efficient phone system or more people to answer! EDIT: increased to two stars as they actually called me back to confirm... again, staff is helpful, but phone system sucks.

My favourite place to wander and look for good project ideas. My go to place for wood and bigger items. Good friendly staff, checkout is quick and easy and covered loading area is handy when it's raining. I have also used the rental department a couple of times. Prices and terms were reasonable and they have a good selection.

Only a few moments after I walked in I was greeted by a smiling worker who asked if she could help me find what I'm looking for. She directed me exactly where I needed to go. Once I got to the aisle, I had some questions about the product I was looking at. I asked a nearby worker if she knew anybody that could help me, and she called for somebody over a headset. I waited there for probably 10 minutes and nobody showed up, which is why I'm only giving 3 stars for the store.

Superb plumbing assistance from an actual plumber. She had knowledge and experience. Late evening plumbing issues aren't a good thing but she made it pretty good.

Unusually helpful staff. Excellent selection of practically everything. Very good about returns.
