Terrible employees, terrible work ethic, terrible customer service. I called because I had a question about an item I bought, I was on hold for an hour, then they dropped my call. I called again and the person I finally got through to couldn't answer a simple question (that they should know if they're working in customer service), so they then put me on hold again and forgot about me. I called back and the SAME GIRL picked up the phone and then told me she would get her manager. Then I was told I had to come in-store for my inquiry, so I did. I came in and I waited 20 minutes in a line of 3 people. the employees were socializing with each other, were lazy and slow, and didn't know/ care what they were doing. I also saw there were other customers equally as annoyed as me. When I was finally helped they didn't check to see if my request was possible then refunded my money and then afterwards decided it wasn't possible. They asked me to pay a price more expensive than what I paid originally because the sale was over. I understand waiting if it's busy. I understand not knowing all policies, but the laziness, lack of respect, and care at this location was such a bad experience it drove me mad enough to write a review.

This is a good store. Large location. With other amenities within the plaza its located in. Being a former employee of this location, i have noticed that the overall appearance and layout of the store has changed. As it seems more inviting and less crowded, i will continue to do my shopping here for home improvements. The gentleman whom helped me today was a big help as well.

Last week i visited Rona, Brampton. I was looking for floor tiles and cost effective solution. There I met Zakir (Zak) and Zak your attitude force me to write a review otherwise i have never written a review in my life. I would like to thank you for your superior customer service, help and perfect solution. now i know how one person can change your thoughts about the whole organization. Zak you owesome!

This was my first visit to Rona, I believe. Normally I go to other stores for my building material needs. It was a nice experience visiting to Rona. Store has a nice layout and friendly staff. They helped me quickly to find what I was looking for. Door and window department associates were helpful and knowledgable too. They answered my questions very well. I would visit this store in future also.

Absolutely Worst customer service! Would never go to Rona ever! I have placed an order online with pick up on the store. Itâ€™s more than 3 days since they are still processing the order. I have called Rona customer service & they tried to reach to store manager through email & phone & he was not responding for the last 3 days. Customer service adviced me to cancel the order as she was not sure they will process the order. The irony is that all the items are in plenty of stock in the store but store manager & staff are too lazy to process the order. I am loyal Home Depot customer & like their customer service, thought of trying Rona. I must say I am very much disappointed. I am not surprised they are not doing well & bought by the Loweâ€™s.
