Ordered 2 lampshades online. 1 velvet and the other ikat. Both absolutely beautiful shades and so pleased. They really make the 2 lamp bases I have look totally wow . Would definitely recommend. Fabulous quality and fast delivery . Would recommend highly . Thank you for cheering my day up !

Very nice shop, friendly staff who know their stock well and have a general sense of what lampshade fits on which lamp (we brought our lamp in and were allowed to try various lamp shades on our lamp). We recommend the shop and will be returning, thank you!

Customer service at it's worst - customers came and left since only one member of staff (almost seemed asleep!) spent 45mins ordering 2 lampshades (&sharing stories about other customers!). Not greeted or asked if I needed any help. After waiting for ages, had to leave. Was ready to place an order. But truly disappointed after the experience last Saturday.

Called into the showroom today to specifically see a light which was available on the website. Found the shop assistant to be very unhelpful - was hoping for a much better service given I had travelled to the store to view thre product rather than purchase directly on-line.
