I bought 3 Anglepoise pendants at a very competitive price (cheapest I could find on internet). They arrived well packed but one was slightly damaged. Customer service was faultless- my call was returned and collection of the damaged light was arranged within a day. A new replacement arrived a few days later with complimentary light bulbs. Amazing. Thank you All Square. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

One star only, I'm afraid. Not good on recent customer care. I've been using their Ladbroke Grove shop since it opened, their predecessors too, and always found them extremely helpful. However, the last time I shopped there I asked for seven candle bulbs with a small bayonet, B22 fitting. The guy showed me the correct bulb and I said that was what I wanted and paid. This was a little while back and it wasn't till I had the light fitting the bulbs were intended for installed last week, that we realised I'd been sold seven screw fitting bulbs, and not bayonets. I then returned to AllSquare in Ladbroke Grove on three occasions only to find the shop closed with no notice about whether this was for reasons of sickness or re-location. This morning I found their website & phoned them to discover they've re-located to Talbot Road . I explained that their assistant have given me the wrong bulbs and I'd been obliged to buy a load of them elsewhere as their shop was shut. There was no apology forthcoming. However, I said I'd like to drop by at the Talbot Road shop and exchange them, either for a credit note or a different type of bulb as I now had heaps of B22s. The assistant, or manager, I forget which, said he'd phoned his MD and without the receipt, which of course I had no reason to think I would need to keep, they couldn't do this. However, I went to the shop and repeated my request, fully expecting that they would be accommodating as the fault had been theirs. Nothing doing. I suggested that their customer care attitude was a tad lacking and left the seven useless screw bulbs in the shop. The staff made no effort to be helpful about this very minor issue for them and an inconvenience and monetary loss for me. I felt irritated, to say the least. I suggest some training in customer care and good manners might be of use in driving their business forward.
