Great after sales service. Needed help to configure a wireless lighting system. Russ in technical support was so patient, efficient and knew exactly what to do. Very happy camper here

Excellent products and excellent service. I have placed two large orders with Mr Resistor, a year apart. On the first occasion I initially ordered the wrong items and the company was extremely helpful, allowing a replacement outside the "cooling off" period and crediting my account. A year later I have come back with a new order (dealing with the same individual, Ian Grant) and he offered me, unsolicited, a 15% (£100) discount. Really excellent. And the lights are absolutely great.

I would like to update my last review in which I gave only 1 star. In my last review, which you can read below, I commented on their poor customer service. However, I am pleased to say that this week, I have received a replacement part for my faulty light switch. I have been asked by the company to remove my previous review, however, I cannot see how to do this. However, I do believe in giving credit as well as negative reviews and I am please to say that Mr Resistor have come good and honoured their guarantee and replaced the faulty part. Thank you very much and well done!

I am giving them 1 star as you cannot give zero. The customer service is absolutely terrible………... I bought 2 remote lights switches at the end of April 2017 (price nearly £55.00 each) and installed them in our new kitchen in the May time. At the beginning of February 2018, little black switch dropped out of one of the switches. I photographed the item to prove what had happened and that the stainless case was not at all even scratched. They totally ignored my email. I then sent another email with the same photographs and this also was totally ignored. I called them and eventually got through to a young lady who offered to sell me another switch. I explained that their guarantee & warranty guarantees the quality of the product regarding manufacturing faults that occur during normal use. The lady said that we must have misused the switch and therefore it is not covered. We have only been using the light switch for just under 9 months and you cannot misuse a light switch, it just gets pressed when you put the kitchen light on. The lady then said I must have smashed something against it and that would have broken it. I said that the photos I sent show that the outer case is in perfect condition and it’s just the little black rocker switch that has broken out from the inside. The lady then said that it was wear and tear and that is not covered. I pointed out that their warranty covers faults that occur during normal use. She then that someone must have used it for none normal use. This conversation was getting ridiculous, how can you use a light switch abnormally, you switch a light on and switch it off. The lady said she would see if she could sell me one at a reduced price, but would have to check and call me back. Needless to say, she never called back…… The customer service is terrible, please do not even think of using this company. I paid just under £55.00 for this stainless steel remote controlled light switch and it lasted less than 9 months. I have others in and around the house and 1 that I have had for years and it’s fine, so it must be a manufacturing fault in the switch. However, I am sorry to say they insist I spend another £55.00 and buy a replacement one. Don’t even think of using this company for any of your good. Just think, what happens if it does not work.
