Excellent service, bought all my deco lights, LED Strip and Switches- Sockets for my house. Helped me to design my lighting layout for interior and exterior area along with my electrician and provided onsite visit with minimal charge. I would highly recommend as they have wealth of technical knowledge and hands on experience to assist and advice my electrician. S Taylor

I was recommended by a friend to go to The Lighting Gallery Ltd to get an advice on lighting concept for my son bedroom. Staff at Lighting Gallery where extremely polite and helpful. I was dealt with young lady called Varsha, she was extremely knowledgeable with Lighting concept, along with her technical team of staff. I had a budget of £900 pound for lighting, which they manage to do just under £735. I was given freehand sketch drawn within 10 mins along with required material. However my Installer had never seen the product that I chose. So I was asked by Varsha to get his installer to come at Lighting Gallery and he will be explained on exactly how trimless LED Profile should be fitted along with LED tape and all associated transformers and dimmer switches and what end product as a final finish should look like. As Lighting Gallery have working display for various lighting concept on first floor and ground floor. My Installer manage to Carrie out job and completed under Lighting Gallery instruction and help, that all he needed. End product was beyond my expectation and imagination. I would highly recommend Lighting Gallery to my friends & family. Thank you Varsha & my regards to your technical team. Yours truly Sharon

Excellent customer service initially. When a problem occurs or you have faulty items, very disappointing service. Had 9 bulbs which blewout out of 50 by a manufacturer called Dazz LED within 1 month. Spoke to Lighting Gallery and they confirmed they no longer sell items by that manufacturer and they would replace them. 1.5 months later... still waiting! If your a small home owner I'd avoid this place as they only seem to be interested in the big projects.

Professional team of people. I went to 4 lighting shop in Park Royal for my LED dimming problem. None of them could resolve my problem. While at The Lighting Gallery, they manage to resolve my ongoing LED Light dimming problem for last 3 months. Staff are very technical, knowledgeable and extremely helpful and willing to go extra yard. I would highly recommend.
