Terrible store. Part time staff from my experience are horrendously managed and taken advantage of by managers/supervisors and it reflects in their enthusiasm and work ethic. Yard staff AND delivery drivers are the worst of the worst. Quality isn't in their vocabulary back there as they did destroy and ruin the quality of the product out back (mainly wood, glass and patio stones) when I've shopped there/been back there. They literally don't care about anything but getting through the day and using part time workers to do more work than the full timers. I witnessed a driver completely raise the back end of his truck so that the load would fall all over this womans drive way because he was too lazy to unload it by hand, ridiculous. Also that womans product was damaged because of it too and the worst part about that was that she thought her product was supposed to look like that. Hope this place sees some changes and even then, I wouldn't come back. I'm being 100% serious, shop at home Depot, or a different home hardware or hardware store because this place is very below average. Only shop here if you're running in for a little IN STORE item and I can't stress "IN STORE" enough because the in store items are the only items they have that are likely not damaged (who knows though, I've seen how the shipping and receiving department handles stock and it's not much different than outback). Also I've never said this before but I personally think it's important for future people to know that the 4-5 star reviews you see here are made by people who either got extremely lucky with their experience or they're the type of people to rate 5 stars because the cashier called them sir or ma'am. The "expert" advice they give you can be googled and learnt in minutes as well by the way.
