I was in home hardware today in minden. I am a cottager and only up three seasons through the year. I have to say I look forward to seeing Jesse at the desk. You can't miss her! Long Red hair! HAPPY AND ALWAYS SMILING AND SO SO SO HELPFUL!!!!! no matter what shes up to she takes her time. She helps and tries her best. Shes showin us ways to prevent damage and wear and tear to our property on horseshoe lake. We love how she helps in any way. She strides to fix and repair. Truthfully I've seen her interact with everyone, she was trying to train new employees and managed my husband and all of them with such professional attitude. who ever owns this franchise... I would be so proud to have her as a staff. She takes pride in what she does. She looks mean with the tattoos BUT shes the only one that will drop what shes doing to lend a hand. Dearest owner.. Do not loose that woman. You have and amazing employee. We hope you know that the service is lacking. We will always wait for her. She is honest and true. She knows what to do. Dear owner.... cherish that employee because shes there is the only reason we come back. Lumber is cheaper in the falls. Better quality. But that girl. She can fix it all. Do not loose her.
