I got the Zen dining room set at the clearance price, which turned out to be an excellent price. I can't describe the praise that I receive when anyone entering my place sees those furniture pieces! The customer's service was great. It's so sad that the store is closing.

I really like the furniture here and I like that the wood furniture is solid wood. I own a few bookcases and a coffee table for a few years now and I'm still very happy with them. Inventory can be a bit of an issue. They often have very good sales that makes their furniture very reasonable for the quality. I should also mention that a lot of their pieces are very rustic feeling.

One of my favorite places to shop. All solid wood furniture. Beautiful tables, chairs, armoires, etc. Plus, they have AMAZING sales. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly! The only downside is that they do not have their own free delivery service. However, they do provide names of a few trusted companies for your delivery (delivery is an additional cost, but it's fairly reasonable).

Excellent customer service. I had 6 dining room chairs on order and needed them for a special event. When they didn't arrive on time, the manager loaned 6 chairs , wrapped and delivered free of charge. The chairs were exchanged when the new ones came in. Above and beyond! 6 stars if I could.

Terrible place... pre-ordered a chair from them in November (2017), they said it would be about 8 weeks. 10 weeks later I rang them, they said the chair was in and they had tried to ring me -they had not. So I popped over and found that the fellow (Louis Alexander) had not actually checked, and that indeed the chair was not in...frustrating to say the least. I have since tried to get a hold of the manager, without success. Now 24 weeks later and I still don't have a bloody chair and they have $400 of mine... piss poor service! UPDATE.... got the chair, not impressed with the quality, tried to return it and they wont accept it. Company is insolvent, wait for the bankruptcy sale to buy anything... They had fell behind in payments to their shipping company circa $700k and are now going bust... however tried to blame the shipping company for their terrible business acumen. Refer to MNP Debt's website for details or simply type in 'Wicker Emporium Bankrupt' into Google and follow the trail. Innes store is going to close, wont be long for this one either... AVOID!!
