(2018-04-04) Update: Unexpectedly received phone call today. Manager looked into the situation for us and called to offer sincere apology and offer to more than correct the situation. Thank you so much for the quick resolution. (2018-04-02) Ripped off on backsplash tiles. Ordered 38 square feet of 3x6 marble tiles. The actual size of tiles was 2.75 x 5.5 so we actually only received 35 sq feet of tile. They would not give us missing 3 sq feet of tile. Said this was industry standard to have tiles not actual dimensions and you have to order extra AND PAY extra to make up for this difference. Do not use their design center.

I bought paint here and was not happy with the whole situation. When I left the store in the parking lot there was i guess a bump which tipped y paint can of the bottom of the cart and popped open. Paint got on everything my coat purse etc. I went back in and spoke with the employees and then received a new paint can. (I dont know if a paint can should pop its lid aver tipping over but i dont think so) Either way I later called to speak with a manger and it went well or at least i thought it did. I got a call back from a lady later on and she explained to me that it was not their fault pretty much too bad so sad kinda attitude. After a long conversation she agreed that they would pay for dry cleaning of the coat but she stated very clearly that she was very unhappy doing so. She was very unpleasant to talk with and that shouldn't be the case when you are in customer service.

Just want to bring attention to the excellent customer service we received at your paint department by your employee, Audra. She took the exact time to be very informative and helpful. She went the extra mile to even contract the manufacturer of the product she recommended to see if it would do the job we needed and it did. We thank her very much, Michael and Verona

Professional and courteous people. Wood is cheaper than at Home Depot and better quality.
