Went into home depot tonight looking to price out a washer and dryer. We were looking for a couple of minute when Kevin from appliances came over to ask if we needed help. I pretty much asked him every question possible about every machine (i did my research coming in) and he was on his toes! Kevin was knowledgeable, personable, witty and so much fun to deal with. He gave us a recommendation for an LG machine and we purchased it immediately. He pretty much gave us a lesson on how to use our new machine, including tips and tricks to make it last. Kevin is an exemplary employee who deserves a pat on the back. We shook his hand upon leaving and will not purchase appliance from any other sales person for as long as Kevin is still around. He is the reason why people are loyal customers and should be recognized for his commitment to quality service. Home Depot should be proud to have him!

I ordered a fridge and to my surprise they charge a $49 delivery fee and $25 haul away fee. Other appliance companies include this in the price. The delivery were supposed to call 30 minutes before delivering so I could leave work - they never called. They moved furniture in my home and never put it back, the old fridge leaked all the way out and I almost slipped and fell since they didn’t tell me or clean up after themselves. And then they left the fridge half assembled with no door handles, freezer handles or freezer buckets. I can’t believe I paid for this service and will never again use Home Depot for appliances.

Home Depot has a policy of no hassle returns. Apparently this store didn't get that memo. Had a very frustrating experience trying to return items. I was told there was nothing they could do even though this was a home Depot brand and it wasn't sold anywhere else. I've been to multiple home depot's across Southern Ontario and never had a problem. This store should really come in line with company policy.
