If I could give 0 stars I would..... Ordered for over 10K with these clowns and when delivered, pretty much everything was damaged. Things were exchanged after a while but pieces arrived even more damaged. Other items were no longer available... we were promised a refund but after 3 months still nothing, and complete silence from the rep in Toronto. Horrible experience... will never buy again, and strongly advice for you to do the same!

I ordered six chairs for a kitchen table. Only five arrived. After many calls and emails to the salesperson to provide proof of packing error, I was promised that the missing chair would be shipped. Eagerly awaiting the missing chair, I called to inquire about my delivery only to learn that the missing chair as apparently cancelled by "the customer." Why would I cancel the missing chair, which I had paid for? Who wants five chairs around a table for six? Very poor follow-through on orders from this store with mandatory delivery by a vendor of their choice (paid by the customer) -- who is decidedly lacking. If they could ditch the delivery company, I might buy something else, but not as it is.

I had a great experience with DWR. Ordering online was easy, shipping was early, and the chairs are beyond stunning!

The quality of their products don’t worth their extravagant price tags. They offer compensation and refund; however, I haven’t received the fund for months, despite chasing them for many times.

Great service from the sales staff to the manager. We didn't end up buying anything despite spending a lot of time with our rep but we were treated amazingly. Even a really lovely email after our visit. Makes me want to save up just so we can shop here!
