Gingers has the worst customer services I have ever experienced. We had bought light fixtures/sconces and they did not cover the electrical box. We took them back in mint condition with all the original packaging but they were not in there original box. They told us they would only give us 50 percent back as the other 50 percent would have to go to a restocking fee. 50 percent for a new box? If you’re looking for a high end home decor store with great costumer service stick to restoration hardware.

Gingers has possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Numerous times I called for information on products which my clients purchased at your store, and each time I have been put on hold, put to voicemail and when I have got through to representative I have to wait for call backs which I never received. You do realize that a lot of your products don’t come with any guidance or literature and that our time as plumbers is being wasted waiting for a reply for information on your fancy fixtures. High end fixtures with low end service
