Big store, lots of products, plus friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of the best home depots I've been in.

We went this afternoon to buy lighting for our bathroom renovation. We were immediately approached to ask if we needed assistance. Explanations were given about what would be most appropriate for our needs, then as we looked in the section for tiles an assistant came to help us answering all our questions. No chasing after assistants, they came to us. Thank you for excellent service.

Very helpful staff and will work with you to try and come up with a solution. Not all of the employees are pros - but if you want AMAZING help look for the orange aprons with "badges" - they have been there longer and normally have more experience. Keep in mind this is smaller Home Depot and they don't always have the full selection that a larger location such as the West Island might have, but feel free to check their app or website to see inventory and at which stores!

Always seek a second opinion. Some staff aren't qualified to even answer the phone. So don't entrust your renovation projects or DIY ones to dimwits. If you need an anything on special order or custom order, take an appointment even if a dimwit tells you that you don't need one. Incompetence is in abundance at this store.
