Arrivé au Rona entrepôt de trois rivières à 15h30 pour une remise 10x10 , auparavant j'avais téléphoner pour m'assurer de la disponibilité il y en avait 9 de disponible. Je m'informe à un préposé pour savoir dans quel rayon elles étaient , le préposé ne le savait pas , je me suis présenté à un comptoir et mon dit d'aller à la cour à bois , arrivé là le préposé me donne le numéro de l'article et je me présente à l'entrepôt avec un bon de commande. Le préposé cherche et ne trouve pas la remise .Le superviseur intervient et ne trouve pas non plus la remise .il n'a aucune idée ou ils ont mis les remises. Le service est un gros zéro à Trois-Rivières . Le superviseur se foutais de moi il m'a dit de revenir demain ils vont essayé de les trouver. Je suis reparti sans rien acheter et je vous déconseille se magasin. Ca vaut même pas une étoile .

Bon choix de produits, par contre nivaux prix c'est souvent un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs. Le personnel connait mal le magasin. De plus le personnel ne semble pas du tout intéressé à vous fournir de l'aide, particulièrement si vous devez vérifier la disponibilité de produits par téléphone. Le service est vraiment mauvais, s'il vous est impossible de trouver le bon département dans la liste, les employés qui vous répondent au téléphones refuseront de vous transférer au bon département donc vous devrez rappeler et refaire le processus. Personnellement je vais faire affaire ailleurs désormais.

L'employé a été fantastique, il m'a aidée à trouver le produit que je cherchais et son collègue est allé le chercher parce qu'il n'y en avait plus sur les tablettes. Le caissier a été tout aussi cordial. Wow!

Magasin grande surface, grande variété de produits, de plus en plus de choix disponible, commis disponibles. Les prix sont légèrement élevés en comparaison aux compétiteurs mais les spéciaux sont bons. Seul hic, l'aspect visuel du magasin. Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un entrepôt, il est parfois difficile de se déplacer avec notre chariot/panier.
