Poor customer service by department associates. Cashier's are trying their best though.

Salespeople lack trainings. They cannnot find the advertised products, they are unfamiliar with the products and it is a waste of time. Go there only if you know the product you are going to buy amid reps are useless.

Prices are not comparative as other big players, worse yet, services are bad, people working there are not helping at all.

Friendly staff and everything else is also nice. Good prices. Easy to find someone to help.

Decent renovation and home building supply store. Ask staff if you're not sure what you are looking for. You can DIY all you want, but at least get some advice or get help to make your trip faster.
