Theres a funny girl at return cash. Love her. Never had problems bought new washer and dryer guy sold me extended warranty and gabe other 1 free. So they wanna sell yes but they do it in a nice way. I have no problem with that. They are a store that sells things. But never pushy.

Worst service ever..!! GO TO RONA or LOWES...Staff is largely incompetent and far from eager to help. Clerks are busy talking to each-other in hidden corners of the store and when you finally find them; they quickly dispatch-you away by giving you an aisle number (even if its not related to the product you are looking for). when you ask them to accompany you in the search for a product, they out right refuse.. Just spent almost 2 hours looking for bracket to hang a ladder. got the run-a-round from no less than 4 clerks... I tried to talk to the client service desk and they said "they were too busy"... when I got home, I tried to call them and after going through the dial menu... was left on hold for more than 20 minutes. After, that the line went dead..they hung-up!!!... Needless to say; I will never shop there again..and would advise everyone to do the same... DO NOT BUY THERE..!

I rent a pressure washer for 4 hours and I couldn’t even start the machine to work and no one show me how to start it. I brought it back to Home Depot 2 hours after. The young fellow works there start the machine and it worked so he did not believed me and charged me. His behaviour was very rude and he was very ignorant! I went to manager (Mehdi) Such a nice guy, he gave me his business card and said He will refund my money on my next purchase. For me the money that I lost wasn’t the issue As much as the behaviour of the guy at rental section! He pissed me off so bad!!!!!! But manager was very understanding! Thank you Mehdi! All these stars are just for you! Not for rental section!! Yikes! I will never rent anything there anymore!

The website and google says this store opens at 8 am on Sundays. IT DOES NOT. We waited until 8:30 and 10 cars already passed by wanting to go to the store they thought would be open. I called an ottawa location and notified them. They said they think it opens at 9 am. They could not confirm. We didn't wait another minute to figure out if it was true. Anyway, please change the store hours on the website. I tried to change it on google.
