We had a great experience in the store! I visited from out of town with my dog - I love that the Urban Barn stores welcome pets! The sales associates were very friendly and offered assistance as well as let me know the sales on that day. Whether it be this Urban Barn or any other I've visited, the experiences have always been good!

Christopher was awesome!!! Lazy rainy Sunday walk through, found a floor model chair with a $299 sticker. Asked about the chair, didn't even negotiate, and was told that the price should actually be marked down to $199. How often does that happen?! Regularly $799! Ok. Didn't leave the store without spending another $1600, but if you have visited an Urban Barn, no doubt you understand. Quality home furniture pieces; unique, interesting, comfortable. Excellent selection (thanks buyers!) Excellent service. You should be very proud of the organization and culture in your stores. Well done!!

Exceptional cutomer service and I hadn't looked at the price and was so pleasantly surprised at the affordability of what appeared to be a decadent purchase.

Hello, I have to say, it is kind of hard to purchase something at your store. I came in last week and was greety by a very nice lady Patsy, who worked hard to have my needs met. When it cam time to purchase, the items were not available in store. I asked if I could purchase the floor model. I'm guessing the manager refused saying she could not sell the floor model. So I went back to the office. I called back the store and said I had the option to order online or purchase through their store. I like to encourage local business so I tried purchasing the 2 chairs through the Ottawa store again. Patsy did everything she could but my credit card just would not go through... although I have no problem with the limit. So.... I had to go back to the store to make the purchase. The first transaction machine was off again. So we had to do the purchase on the other machine. Then I was told that I could not have the furniture picked up at the store.... Patsy quickly adressed the issue and saying to the other employee.. "no, we have to have it delivered to the store for pick up". Needless to say, I have never had so much trouble making a purchase. Patsy was great all the time... but you guyes need to make it easier for clients. Thank you.
