Le service a la clientele nest pas leur force. Tu cherche un commis et tu nen trouve pas. Ils doivent faire une commande speciale pour un produit, je peux comprendre ,mais quand ils la remplissent,ils te donnent limpression que ces une corvee. Pas de merci ou autre, juste je tammene a la caisse et je men vais. Rendu la journee de la reception de la dite commande, il est plus de 14h et toujours pas dappel. Tu veux juste faire un suivi et cest tout juste sils ne te reproche pas le coup de telephone en plus de te raccrocher la ligne au nez. Pour vrai pire service que jai eu a vie. Je ne mattend pas a la fameuse pensee le client est roi, mais reste que cest lui qui te fait vivre. Pour moi, plus jamais jy retourne.
