This is one of the best places to buy tools at the lowest price here in Regina. When I need to buy a tool I go to coop hardware, Rona, Lowe's and home Depot to see what place has the cheapest price. For a lot of things I find home Depot the cheapest. Also I think the home Depot on Victoria Ave has one of the best paint departments in the city. Although for other things it is sometimes hard to get help. Over all I really enjoy going to this location. For the longest time this was the only hardware store in the east end so I have be going to this home depot for 20 years.

The service received from the painting department was exceptional. Every single time I have to go back I am amazed by the professionalism showed by the girl working there. Unfortunately I don't have her name to do her credit. Moving fast and knowing the right color tone, was just impressive to look at her attending 4 customers at once, while in line. Koodos

Customer service has improved immensely over the last year or so. No trouble now to get help with anything, or even to get heavy items loaded! Well done Home Depot!

Just renovated our home and picked up a few things here. When asking staff to help find an item they have in stock they would look down one isle then tell me they didn't have it. Had to go to customer service so they could get a different person to come get it for me.(item was up in rafters) Was in the store around an hour to get 1 item. If I do have to come here I look up online what isle and how much stock there is online before going because I know I'm gonna be on my own. Now I just spend that extra time driving down to Lowe's even though the location isn't convenient because their staff are actually useful.

I ordered custom doors, and gave them the measurements for the rough opening. What they did instead of making the doors "custom," they gave me a standard size and charged me for the custom door. There is not enough room for the doors so I have had to pay a contractor to open it up another inch. On top of that, they didn't drill the holes properly, and the doors are poorly made. The manager gave me 100 off of the doors because of the hole mistake. Also, the delivery service is a joke.
