I shop here a lot. Customer service is pretty good and they still have a meet and beat price on exact items or meet sale prices so that's good. The kids workshops are great for the little ones too my son likes building stuff and they are free so that's a bonus.

My first stop for anything I need. The door greeter guy that’s on days there is amazing - he can tell you which isle and which shelf an item is in there. I kid not, the guy knows the place inside out.....I look for him when I’m there and I guarantee I save myself a ton of time and frustration from either trying to locate the product myself or a trying to locate a roaming staff member that can help.

Couldn't find help, went to a checkout desk and was told to go back to the area the product was in. After 15 minutes an employee came, was not helpful so I went to Lowe's and had help instantly and purchased what I wanted for cheaper! Wtg Lowe's!
