Waited for 15-20 min for help but no one in the store. Watched other customers walk out and say the same thing. *** Went back today and service was great.

After going to several plumbing stores to find parts for a Kohler bathroom sink, I was directed to Robinson Lighting and Bath. Terri and Don were very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. Took the time to find the required parts and able to answer all my questions. Will definitely do business in the future again!

I came in for some lighting for my new home and was immediately greeted by one of their showroom consultants, Camilla. She was very helpful with showing me various options that matched my decor needs. Thanks for all your help!

Walked into your store this afternoon and was approached by an older gentleman asking me if I needed a hand. I told him that I was in search of a vanity. Well the next words out of his mouth truly surprised me. He immediately advised me that I should go to Co op or Rona because it's cheaper without even asking how much I was intending to spend. I can't say that I personally have run a business but I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that that's not how it should go. After telling me that I should go somewhere cheaper, for whatever reason, I asked to perhaps see a catalog because understandably there aren't many on display. He then brings me to his desk where he pulls out a large binder and places it in front of me with no guidance. Long story short. Not going back to this business and no I will not be buying my vanity, etc (doing a whole bathroom reno) from Co op or Rona because I am looking for something of higher quality and knowledge specific staff.
