So many ridiculous rules, five minutes into swimming my kids where crying. Contradicting rules as well must be 12.. Oh sorry 16. Oh you want a life jacket well that cost extra. Asked if my kids could swim laps to be able to do something at least, but apparently swimming abilities means nothing. Size is everything. Will say life guards are awesome, they did their job 👍🏻 Nice place as well. This is totally directed at the rule maker / safety person. I won't be bothered to return.

Best indoor pool in the prairies. Regular ice times for family skating, just check the schedule in their website

Beauiful pool. Very large. Lots of hours for lane swimming. They have a water slide, hot tub, kiddies pool and more. Very clean.

Disrespectful employees whom make fun of self conscious customers... Workers made up fake rules for myself and spouse to embarrass us in front of the entire pool. Shame on Northern Lights Palace Pool for hiring unreliable employees. Also some children brought in unauthorized pool toys in which were not inspected to ensure customers safety. Instead of the workers focussing on judging customers, they need to stay to lifeguarding and keeping paying customers happy. Hopefully something is done about this. Thank you.
