Nice place. Had to stop for gas and had a good look around. Great variety of gifts and supplies. I would say something for everyone. Whether you are a motorist tourist or need something for the house. Great selection of hardware and gifts. Will visit again if in the area.

It's a gem. You can find literally everything here. The choice is better than in Safeway in Calgary.

I did not expect to find such a great grocery store between Whitehorse and Dawson, especially since Carmacks is a rather small village. But the store has lots of choices and the prices are definitly not higher than in Whitehorse - I would say it's even cheaper. I likead the great variety of fresh food. If I had known this before, I would have bought less food in Whitehorse for our canoe trip to Dawson. This is definitly a good place to build up your stocks on such a trip.
