Called 3 times, every one keep on asking which city i am from, then direct the call to common line, then again some one put you through sales and person voice mail message is the he /she is on holiday then direct the number to other sales guy but transfer to reception. Its like a loop. my Builder hired them on our house so wanted the same cabinet for basement.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am disgusted by the follow up service that we have NOT received. We are out of warranty, but I have left 4-5 messages asking for a callback about getting service on their products (for which I would pay), but they have done NOTHING. They have not even acknowledged my calls - it is incredibly disappointing that they do not call a customer back - shows what they would be like with warranty as well! BE WARNED! Would NEVER recommend...

will not respond to anything that has to do with fixing or repair work

We live in BC and a local Westridge dealer has partially installed one of the worst set of cabinets I have seen for a new kitchen. Poor installation, many of doors lack paint, many door don't match the same size adjacent door, the melamine has dents and marks and the hinges don't soft close or even close at all. Quality control seems all over the map. And worse, when I approached the company rep, he looked me straight in the face and said, "these are within industry standards". The local cabinet maker next to him disagreed and shook his head. Don't expect accountability from these folks at this time. I have sent multiple notes to the company and all have been ignored. So, let's see what google reviews creates. Hopefully, I can change this review to read, "had a rocky start but the company came through in the end". 6 Months later it's not even close. D

My wife and I redid our kitchen with Westridge a couple years ago and it was great. The showroom staff were helpful, the installers friendly, couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. We recently went back to them for our bathroom reno and they had all our info on file still ... pretty impressive. Would highly recommend.
