Installers were amazing! We have a couple install for us and they were unbelievable and very courteous. They worked well with our other contractors and very much enjoyed having them do the work. The cabinets were installed on-time and on budget. Danielle was exceptional during the entire process from design to implementation. The communication and follow-up was exceptional. I was really impressed how she knew what she was talking about and also willing to do research when needed. Overall the experience was great, especially at the price point we were looking at for this project.

After 4 years of living in our new home I wanted to add a pantry unit to our kitchen cabinets. I contacted Gem Cabinets (supplied/installed for the builder) and they were extremely professional and attentive from the start and through installation. I’m sure in their world my project was small but they treated it with the same importance as a complete renovation. The install is complete and their attention to detail has ensured it doesn’t look like an addition. Color match and trim detail is perfect and we couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend Gem Cabinets!

Poor quality. Poor service. If you are a home builder or a home owner, I strongly recommend you to pass on Gem Cabinets. My cabinets were installed with numerous defects and chips, drawers that do not close all the way (and still do not, a year a half later), a garbage can that hits the side of the cabinet (despite three visits from staff who have attempted to repair), and finally a whole section has detached from the wall. Repair staff have told me not to expect perfection because it was "unachievable". I would give negative stars if possible. UPDATE: I have contacted your service team and they came and fixed most of my concerns. Thank you for providing this service, and bringing the service and quality back up to what I expected the first time. I've updated my review to 4 stars.

Thank you to all the staff, especially Tony, for helping me with my kitchen. The first time ever, my brother and I did the install and Tony was like a coach. Good advice and help every time I needed it. Very pleased with the quality of the cabinets and my kitchen looks beautiful!
