Had the service technician by the name of rick come over to fix my soft close pots and pans drawers. He was very perfessional got the job done and friendly. I strongly recommend using them!

I had classic kitchens install a kitchen in my new home, 9 months later It Is still not finished. I am extremely displeased with their services. All they had to do to finish the job was supply the 2 custom doors for my dish washer and beverage cooler. They refuse to finish the job. Basically I was given the number of the door guy (who does not paint the doors) and was told to do it myself. Why would I have to do it myself. We paid a premium for their finished kitchen and it's still not complete. Rubbish. There are a lot of kitchen suppliers in edmonton, you will be happier going somewhere else.

Horrible service , we're still waiting for our kitchen to be completed, it's been 11 months and we're still waiting for our light valance trim!! There was consisitant mistakes, wrong material, ordered, bad cuts which results in waiting weeks for a replacement . Ken who was our salesman , had promised us when we signed with him, said that he would support us and follow thru with progress of our kitchen till was completed and we were satisfied. As soon as there we're issues he was no where's to be seen or heard of . We did go above him to management and he was apologetic and did result is some work getting completed , we sent out another email asking where our valance was , and we still have yet to receive a response !,
