We have used Zen through a contractor previously and things were adequate for the job. We started a new project in July and had all new kitchen cabinets installed over 5 weeks ago. We are still waiting for several cabinets to be completed. Some of the cabinet drawers that were completed have broke as soon as something was put in them. There are all kinds of chips and nicks from install that have not been repaired and at this rate we have no idea when we will have a fix.

We recently did a complete renovation of our kitchen, family room and dining room. After meeting with several kitchen companies in Calgary to discuss the renovation, I was discouraged by both the price and customer service that I had received. A good friend referred me to Zen Living after she had dealt with them through a renovation of their church and had very positive things to say. I contacted Zen Living...and the rest is history!! Their customer service was impeccable and each and every person I dealt with at Zen was amazing. Their prices were very reasonable and the quality of the product was excellent. We are SO VERY HAPPY with our new kitchen and are so appreciative of all the time that Zen put into this project. I would work with them again for any/all future projects and Zen could teach other companies a thing or 2 about customer service!!! Thanks Zen, you made renovating fun!!!!

Had an amazing experience with Tea from Zen living. I needed to get some counter tops and under mount sink done quickly and he was able to deliver a great product extremely quickly. Installation was also seamless so the end to end process was really worry free. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to re-do their counter-tops. Thanks Zen Living for a great experience!

We just finished building our 3000 sf new house in inner city. We visited 3 different shops for cabinetry/counter top and we selected Zen Living at the end. Our experience with Zen Living is all positive and I highly recommend it for the following reasons: Selection - they have the best selections. Just in the show room there are over 100 samples. Was told I can see more if I wanted.They have a very clean pleasant show room. I was also invited to their factory to take peek at the operations. Very organized. Price - unbeatable. I got quotes from other shops and they were much higher. However, in order to receive discounted prices from Zen Living you must allow at least 10 weeks or more for your order. Experience - the sale manager has lots of experience in their products and even the design. He knows what products are the best for different styles of build. We showed him the floor plan and explain our "taste" and he quickly narrowed down to 4 samples. With the help of other staff (including the owner I think), we further narrowed down to 2 and it was just between colors.Their staff have lots of patience and never pushy. Follow up service - Amazing! They came back 5-6 times just to finish the final touch ups such as adjusting to hinges, color repair and adding a trim on the side plus other little stuff that my builder noticed. All at no extra costs. There was one panel with minor damaged but they replaced the whole panel instead of repair it. I thought once you paid the suppliers you will never see them again but not for Zen Living. They do honor their deal. I am impressed.

Had Zen living come over for a quote, was told I would get an estimate in the next few days. Never heard back so I called the office, they didn't seem organizing, couldn't tell whose file I was on. Was told they would look into it and call me back. Never heard back from her either. Don't waste your time getting a quote from these people, if the simple part is too hard for them to handle, don't trust them with your home.
