Camrose custom cabinets may have been established in 1975. But beware of the new owner James Goliath. Previous to him buying into the company, he has no prior knowledge in the kitchen cabinet/ construction industry. That won’t stop him in letting you know that you’re wrong though. He’s even bullied a customer so badly over the phone that it brought her to tears. Do yourself a favor and go with the big companies who know what they’re doing like Gem Cabinets or Kitchen Craft. At least you know exactly what you’re buying from them. Do your research and make sure you choose the right company to invest in when it comes to cabinets. If you don’t pay when James demands to be paid then he will gladly come to your house and take doors from your kitchen (Burt). Making it very expensive to color match/replace with any other company. You’ve been warned

I went in with a request for a custom project and was told that it could be done. There was no hurry for the project, but after patiently waiting a month I called for an update and was told, very courtly, that they would not be doing it. There was an extreme lack of customer service and apparently very little that is CUSTOM about this place. I'll take my patronage to Tony's.
