We have known and worked with Nickels Custom Cabinets and their family for over 30 years and now we are proud to be dealer representing Nickels' products in our new showroom in the Langley and Surrey border, Dell Anno Canada. With Nickels, you get only the best and latest technology, materials and craftsmanship. Solid construction cabinets, good/better/best drawer box options and endless options of customization in paint colors and stains can be achieved. Their millwork and engineering departments have also provided us with the assurance and confidence to creatively design kitchens and custom units that stand the test of time and use. We love bringing our clients who are looking for locally made and ultra customized product options to their showroom. My expensive kitchen cabinets are now six years old. We are out of town for more than half the year. Only 2 people live in our home, and we have been very careful to take care of them. The finish is now terrible. About 3 years ago I contacted the cupboard contractor who contacted Nickel, because I was very concerned about the shiny spots all around the handles and in other places as well. A rep. from Nickel finally came, after repeated calls, about a year ago. I was told by their representative that he could see why I was not happy - he took photos and said he would get back to me when he spoke with his boss, as to what they would do for us. I was told by my cupboard contractor at that time that I shouldn't worry, Nickels would take care of the issue, and that in fact they had a better paint now. After repeated enquiries during the next six months, which were ignored, I was told that Nickels could see nothing wrong with my cupboards - exactly the opposite of what their rep. said. Horrible customer service after they take your money.
