We actually like the cabinets, but their customer service is an abomination. We bought nearly 40k in cabinets from them for two kitchens and three baths, but when their guy selected cabinets that negated the purpose of two of our spaces, made us pay in full to replace them. The designer, Chad, came to our site and knew that two of the overheads were above a kitchen nook bench. He selected full height cabinets, so adults can’t sit on half the bench. He also knew the small computer desk in kitchen would have...a COMPUTER...but again a full height cabinet was selected. They say “they can’t do anything” because they sold direct to our contractor, who also claims no responsibility. At least the contractor is willing to eat the cost of one of the cabinets. Do NOT spend big money with these people. Their lack of regard for the huge purchase we made relative to the mistake made that could be fixed to do the right thing is a bit mind-boggling. Find another cabinet company; there are lots. If the expert they send know the purpose of a space and selects the wrong cabinets (defying common-sense), the homeowner should NOT be at fault.

This company could care less about the end user. After they have your money and you run into problems they run the other way. Lots of lip service with no results. Too many levels of management The can just keeps getting kicked down the road.

Do you want to work your butt off so much that you lose 50lbs and still be told that you aren't working hard enough? Do you want to be told that you are not getting a raise because you aren't working hard enough, even when that is a blatant lie; cop out? Do you want to be written up for talking while working like children in elementary? Probably not, but maybe you prefer to do sweat inducing work for minimum wage and never get a raise. At huntwood they will tell you anything that they can to keep you working there. Point is if you are told keep on working hard and you will get that raise, you should probably laugh in their face, turn in your badge and leave cause it won't happen. People who work at this company are miserable as can be and for good reason. Management picks favorites and doesn't give people 6 month reviews. Worst place you can work in a 100 mile radius.

You must purchase their cabinets through a carpenter that has a contract with them. All outside customers are automatically charged a minimum of 25% more. Order your cabinets through D&S carpentry, they will save you thousands! Huntwood makes extremely nice cabinets and is very competitively priced, you just have to know how to go about it.
