I have dealt with Shawn a number of times and he has always allowed me ample time to browse available catalogs etc. on multiple occasions he has quoted me prices for kitchen items outside of the norm including unfinished wood furniture. If you are looking for a specific style of wooden chair or eating bar height stool Top Shelf Kitchens has the ability to show lots of options from various manufacturers. As well within their large workshop they have a full paint booth and such unfinished products are be finished however you may choose. I would recommend this group to any that ask and I have referred a number of individuals already. They have a central location that is easy enough to get to that I have visited multiple times. The display room is open and has a great selection of product examples to look at and try. The displays are made in house so you can get a feel of the high quality work that the Top Shelf Kitchens team does. I am sure if you were to reach out to the Top Shelf team you would find they are very courteous and helpful and would be more than willing to spend the time needed to answer any questions you have and to make you comfortable with your kitchen decisions. If you are a tool geek like me ask Shawn to see the workshop as they have some high end equipment their you just wont find in a garage workshop.

I didn't even have time to get to the front door and I was asked to move my truck. There was at least 6 available spots right next to me. Perhaps he thought I was going to to pizza place around the corner but regardless it was pretty rude.
